Do external clients need to have an account?

No. You can securely share assets with anyone using share links — they will not be required to sign in. External clients will need to provide a name and email address to add comments.

What are the different user types?

Hummify has several user types with different permission levels. Workspace Owners and Admins have full workspace access. Project Members can upload, download, and manage assets. Project Guests have view-only access. Share link viewers do not need an account.

What if I don't have a team?

Hummify is the perfect tool for solo freelancers and large teams alike. Send share links to clients for review — no account required. With Hummify Pro, you can add unlimited Project Guests for view-only access to your assets. If collaborators need to upload, download, or manage assets, add them as a Project Member or Workspace Admin.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your plan settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the difference between your new plan and the unused portion of your current plan.

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

The free trial lasts 10 days. You will need to enter your billing information to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of your trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly plan. You can cancel at any time before your trial ends from your Plan & Usage settings and you will not be charged. If you have a coupon code, you can apply it during checkout.
