Billing

Billing settings are managed from Account Settings > Plan & Usage inside your workspace dashboard.


Plan & Usage Page

This page gives you a live view of your workspace's current usage and subscription:

  • Current plan: which plan you're on and its limits
  • Seats used: how many billable seats are occupied out of your plan's allowance
  • Storage used: how much storage your workspace has consumed

From this page you can also switch plans. See Plans for a full breakdown of what each plan includes and how upgrading or downgrading works.


Payment Method

You can update your payment method from the Plan & Usage page by selecting Manage payment method. This will redirect you to the Customer Portal, which will require you to log in using the same email address you used to sign up to Hummify.


Invoices

Past invoices are accessible from the Plan & Usage page. Each invoice shows the billing period, seat count, and amount charged.


Billing Cycle

Hummify bills monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the date you first subscribed to a paid plan.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full access to your current plan until then.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription from the Plan & Usage page by downgrading to the Starter (free) plan. Your workspace will remain on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be downgraded.

If your usage (seats, storage, or asset count) exceeds the Starter plan's limits at the point of downgrade, you will not lose access to your data, but some actions may be restricted until your usage is back within limits.
