Billing settings are managed from Account Settings > Plan & Usage inside your workspace dashboard.
This page gives you a live view of your workspace's current usage and subscription:
From this page you can also switch plans. See Plans for a full breakdown of what each plan includes and how upgrading or downgrading works.
You can update your payment method from the Plan & Usage page by selecting Manage billing. This will redirect you to the Customer Portal, which will require you to log in using the same email address you used to sign up to Hummify.
Past invoices are accessible from the Plan & Usage page. Each invoice shows the billing period, seat count, and amount charged.
Hummify bills monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the date you first subscribed to a paid plan.
Paid plans include a 10-day free trial. You will need to enter your billing information to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of your trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a monthly plan. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from the Plan & Usage page. If you have a coupon code, you can apply it during checkout.
You can cancel your subscription from the Plan & Usage page by downgrading to the Starter (free) plan. Your workspace will remain on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be downgraded.
If you are on a free trial, cancelling will take effect immediately and you will not be charged.
If your usage (seats, storage, or asset count) exceeds the Starter plan's limits at the point of downgrade, you will not lose access to your data, but some actions may be restricted until your usage is back within limits.
